Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - What are the best areas in Arkansas to buy good outdoor recreation and possibly living property?

Thinking of finding a place that is not likely to change much in my lifetime as far as population, crime, etc.
Would like to have mineral rights and a good site or two for a possible future home, and a place to shoot is a must.
Is there such an area that is not too far from a decent job?
