How do I find out what the police/ambulance/fire were doing in my neighborhood yesterday?  All three responded. 1 ambulance, 1 fire truck, 1 Chevy Silverado fire truck, 2-3 police cruisers and then later there was an unmarked black police van and an officer with a camera.

Weird stuff for my neighborhood.  How do I find out what all the commotion was about?  I've tried googling, but haven't found anything useful.
