Real chili has no beans. Chili con carne is meat with chili, the beans were added by the poor peasants who couldn't
afford the meat to feed his large family so the beans is just a filler. As seen at one of our Air Force Chili Cookoffs " If you know beans about chilli, real chilli has no beans" As far as the bolt release vs charging handle, it is easier just to hit the paddle and let the bolt slam forward. but why limit yourself to one way or the other ?
