I had a guy come into my store who would like to buy some stripped AR15 lowers and he needs someone to handle his transfers in Arkansas. He is not a resident of my state so I told him I would try to find someone in Arkansas. He says all the shops he knows about charge too much to transfer lowers ($45 each) and they want too much for a stripped lower.

Can you recommend an FFL between Hot Springs and Little Rock who has a reasonable transfer price? He said he wants to buy 5 stripped lowers at this time.

Try PakPlaza Pawn or Mtn Valley Armory if its hot springs.

Its only $20 per form at my FFL no matter how many you buy at once.

Joker Tactical Supply on E. 15th in Little Rock.

Blue Panda Arms just south of LR a few miles. But he's open by appt. only -- some horseshit about a real job.

Both are HTF guys.

I have used both, and both are good to go.

$25 transfers at both places
