Does anyone know about how long they are currently taking to process a renewal?

I have done my renewal online, paid, and mailed my training certificate in certified mail with return recept just like I have done the last few times.  On the website where you can check the status of your renewal it shows that they are still waiting for my training certificate even though it was signed for on Feb 9th. Is this actually updated or am I just being concerned over nothing?

I can't for certain say how long it's taking "now" but when I renewed in Sep of 2014 I got my new license back in exactly one week.  I was surprised it came back so quickly

Give them a call. Ask for the chl dept.  A buddy just went thru the same thing. He mailed his about the same time as you.  Done it online, and mailed the training cert., and his status said waiting for training cert.  

I advised him to call, he did and they "magically" found it.   2 days later he got his new permit.  


I've been thru the same thing.  Usually a phone call will get them off their ass.
