Ugh.  I was on their wait list for two years (with a substantial deposit).  They kept giving release dates and then missing them.  I think they missed their original release date by about 3.5 years.  When they finally did release the product, it was about 2x more expensive than they had anticipated and they still had problems rolling out inventory.  

Lisa at JAE was always polite and refunded my money when I finally gave up on them--but the delays and inability to accurately predict lead times were ridiculous.  I will not buy from JAE as a result.

XLR told me 4 weeks on the afternoon of the 5th, (a Friday) wanted 50% down, 50% on completion. The rifle I'm putting in it isn't a super common one, so it was built to order. They called yesterday with it finished.   They're good.
