Just wonder if you catch anything. I grew up fishing in this lake, and it was the best fishing, now I can't catch shit.

My dad lives on the lake. Says he's been killing the flathead/crappie on yo-yo's. He runs them nearly every night after work.

nsl, there is your answer. You can't catch any because arkfroader's dad is killing them.
THANK YOU JESUS

Funny thing happened today. Caught about 6 eating sized bluegill on crickets, went up to the house to get my fish cleaning gear, and came back to 1 fish in the bucket, which I just dumped back in. Turns out that one of the neighbors has released a tame coon and the son of a bitch stole my fish and is staying in my boathouse. I had an encounter with him and he was after the bucket. He knocked the empty bucket in the lake, so I kicked his ass in after it, and went and bought steak.

Sounds like you need to apply a 22 caliber solution to your problem. A little lead goes a long way!
