My dad lives on the lake. Says he's been killing the flathead/crappie on yo-yo's. He runs them nearly every night after work.

Funny thing happened today. Caught about 6 eating sized bluegill on crickets, went up to the house to get my fish cleaning gear, and came back to 1 fish in the bucket, which I just dumped back in. Turns out that one of the neighbors has released a tame coon and the son of a bitch stole my fish and is staying in my boathouse. I had an encounter with him and he was after the bucket. He knocked the empty bucket in the lake, so I kicked his ass in after it, and went and bought steak.

A little lead goes a long way! |
