SilencerHQ in Bennett has Anderson lowers for $59.99 plus tax. Not sure on uppers.

I just happened to be at Thunder Alley in Lincoln and they have 1 Anderson lower and upper set. For $189 plus tax you get a stripped lower, LPK, stripped upper and upper kit.
