Any recommendations for food and/or drinks in downtown Omaha? We will be near the federal building.

What are you looking for? What brings you to town? Coming to see Obama tomorrow?

Upstream Brewing has some good beer, Blue has good sushi and Spencer's has good steaks.

Steak would be good. Coming to town for work.

I didn't know about Obama. Hope he doesn't mess up my travel.

I meant to say Sullivan's for steak. Not sure about Spencer's.

Jazz has decent Cajun food, Plank is a good seafood place downtown (EXPENSIVE), and Shucks is really good as well. Sullivan's has a decent steak, so does Twisted Fork. I'd say hit up M's Pub, but well.....
