For the whiskey drinkers out there, Brickway American Whiskey is freakin awesome.  Reminds me of Glenfiddich 15 year.

IPA still sucks though.  Porter uber alles!

What's the cost per bottle?

I might have to try some.

I've seen it between $30 and $40.  IMO, a good price for an everyday sipping whiskey.

Ya we had a night range last night. 24 degrees and 20 mph winds.
Learn a lot about how well you can use things when you finger tips are frozen.

Thank you, I didn't really bother to check the craiglist, I don't care for sifting through all the listings for grand cherokees. And most of them aren't XJ compatible.

Anyone paying attention to LB68 - State Preemption?  it has advanced out of Committee, but with a really shitty amendment.  the Amendment says Metro cities (ie Omaha) can keep doing what they want.  and proof of ownership is another red flag.

The Dudley 2.0 group "Nebraska Gun Owners" is still using the same old tactics badgering Senators. I had a little fun with them on FB the other night when they told all 1600 (lol) of their followers to call Senator Ebke to tell her to schedule a vote.

The ONLY group anyone should actively participate in regarding firearms rights in Nebraska is the NFOA.

So Omaha can continue to have their own little bullshit ordinances and Lincoln can do the same? That bill should have died the minute the amendment was offered up. The NFOA is acting like its a glorious victory and it's not even close to what it was supposed to be. One state, one statute. End of story. No municipality shoudl be able to carve out their own little rules, nor should they be able to pre-empt state law.

I don't know how I got on their mailing list but ig I was thinking Nebraska Gun Owners was NFOA, until I looked closer.
I got an email from NGO saying that Hilgers supported a purposed amendment from Murante to his LB68 that basically undermined the entirety of LB68. Is there any truth to this?

yea, i think the NFOA is hoping the Amendment won't get added.  they are also hoping that if it is added on that it will be able to be removed once Chambers is gone.  is it better than nothing.  who knows....

i like the bill, but hate the amendments.  i wish the NFOA-PAF had more clout and could influence many more elections.  its a struggle every year.  the wrong people get elected or once they are elected they become RINO's.

Saw the debates yesterday... with some of those "reps" it was really sad.

With that being said, I am also posting here to say "farewell Nebraska". I am moving to VA with my career and will be starting my trip over there on 4-25-17. I have loved living here for the last 5 years and will miss it.

That is why I was asking, because I saw this on that page:

Apr 12, 2017 Chambers MO86 Bracket until June 2, 2017 filed View Journal Page 1028 adopted

And didn't know what that meant.

I use Rob as an example of what not to do.  I remind my clients that employees of the state department of revenue are normal people and eat, shop, and conduct business just like other people do and they can and do check up on businesses.

I bet you a coke a DoRev employee was told stories of the largest suppressor dealer in Nebraska and when the employee checked on Exeter Arms, little to nothing was being reported.
