Where exactly is the members section. I'm registered on the forum with this nickname and also signed up specifically with NFOA.
I don't see any special "member" section, nor anything on the couple bills filed so far. What am I doing wrong. Btw, lb60 looks like a good start to the session. Edit: I see I used different email addresses. Sent a msg to Dan. Should get fixed I'm guessing. |

15 bills in total were introduced, including statewide pre-emption, removing bars from prohibited places, NFA CLEO "shall-sign", uniform signage, increased immunity for self defense, and many more.
Several gun related bills are scheduled for a hearing in the Judiciary Committee today. The hearings will begin at 1:30pm in the Judiciary Hearing Room, Room 1113. LB60 - Kintner -Authorize possession of firearms as prescribed. This is being referred to as the "parking lot bill". LB190 - Bloomfield - Change concealed handgun permit application provisions for military spouses. This is a good bill for our military families and is long overdue. LB184 - Ebke - Change prohibited locations to carry a concealed handgun. This allows private schools to have the same rules for security as apply to churches today. |
