Surprise, surprise, surprise!
When the Obama administration announced leases, I said no oil would ever make it to the pipeline. When the Obama administration 'worked' with Shell on exploration permits, I said no oil would ever make it to the pipeline. So, I am not surprised. |

From the ADN article, anything over 5000 acres has to be confirmed by Congress or it lapses. Of course, that just means he will make many 4,999 acre signings and the Republicans won't do shit (just like their Obamacare-bluster with no real changes or exit plan). America! Where a pot smoker can be president, but not buy a gun. |
