Did you notice some changes on the Richardson Highway today? New signs are being installed, the speed limit is now 60 MPH from Fairbanks to North Pole, 65 MPH from North Pole to Eielson.
Remember, speed limits are set for ideal conditions. Be sure to always drive for the current conditions; if roads are slippery or visibility is poor, drivers should travel under the speed limit.

doing 68 in a 55 zone just north of seward(I honestly thought I was in a 65 zone) will get you 146 bucks and a fix it ticket because my insurance card was last years, AND a defensive driving course.
