Go with one of them, my guy is more of a Petersville area contractor, I am an Anchorage contractor with a Generals lic. I built a house for a guy in Big Lake in 14 but that is too far away for me to work basically. There are plenty of Valley contractors who are in reasonable range.

Ken Loyer is probably one of the best equipment operators I've ever known. He's in Palmer on the Outer Springer.
