Just heard on the radio he's shelling out about $30m of federal agency money to small villages for infrastructure.  I don't have a problem with that.

$30m is the cost of an average school in Alaska.  The school that I worked on in Alakanuk was that much and after it was built they had to do a separate contract for the.pinch list because the general contractor had file chapter 11 and ceased to exist during construction.

ETA the engineering building at UAF they have spent 70m on and don't have any classrooms or lab space cometed.  The only usable space is the hallway.
