They were pretty sure millers reach was started by fireworks too. We have gotten a ton of lightning this evening between wasilla and willow with the thunderstorms rolling through. Not hardly any rain with them though.

Personally I don't see the appeal in fireworks in Alaska in the summer. I can't hear anything after standing near the .50 wearing nothing but foamies. Sweaty or not, my muffs went back on after that.

I only use fireworks in the winter but I hate freezing my ass off to do it.
Is the fireworks show near UAF getting any better? It was so lame I stopped going some time ago. |
