So I have been looking at the BLM remote lands site and I have found a few parcels that are interesting looking but are not on the road like 2-3 miles from the road. What are the rules for getting to them with a rig(and hauling in cabin supplies)? Can I just drive(Crawl) down a firebreak to almost the easiest cut in point and make a 90 turn and go to the land using a chain saw and slow going for the final mile ?

If you keep it narrow and maybe not super straight and don't talk about it on a public forum, probably.

Is it the state DNR land or fed blm land you are looking at? DNR generally tells you how the access is.  Chances are the beast way will be snow machine pulling a freight sled.  There should also be easements that you can use to get to it.
