The release says the gun dealer shipped the rifle to a Kaua‘i licensee through the Postal Service, and Hamura obtained the parcel containing the rifle, which he sold without ever registering it."
Pretty clever really. FFLs give you a copy of their FFL (old school was it had to be done this way and was a "wet ink" signed copy) and you send that to the selling FFL who ships it there and you go tell your FFL to expenct it, so since this guy worked for USPS he simply took the box and the receiving FFL may have never been the wiser. I swear this must literally happen ALL the time.  |

I know he HAD his ffl ,I herd he got busted before for something gun related and had loose um.As for all the ammo they found they will try to make it where he was a stockpiling ammo nut but I think it was old stock that he had from when he used to deal guns legaly.Nice guy but what a dumb a$$.
