THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT Personally I think $55k for 3 acres with a cabin and semi finished 2800sq ft house is a good deal. Mostly, we are trying to price it to sell before winter, since we probably can't afford to heat it. |

get a relator to give you an opinion
Do you have a septic system or are you on utilities? You could always hit Nik up for some of the basics |

I'll have to do that. Both places have utilities and septic (cable should be routed to the cabin in a few weeks) Still holding out hope that I can nail a better job before winter though. If I can manage that, we can afford the property. Would rather keep it anyhow. |

With all the required inspections to sell, you might find it a struggle to sell it
And as our realtor told us, if the septic doesnt pass, they have to put a new septic Hold out hope |

dunno if the place meets code to be sold, most places have to meet code to be sold with a bank loan, if buyer has cash they dont care. with just land you are not setting a bad price, with cabin and house it is a pretty good price. If I had a job in fairbanks I would jump on 3 acres for that price, BUT I am stuck in Anchorage. Definitly talk to Nik

Definitly talk to Nik Yeah, the code is why we were thinking at selling at property price and just have the houses as a bonus lol. I am going to be messaging Nik later today and get his opinion. I applied for a few school district jobs, so here's hoping |
