It would be great if CCA, IFC, or some other group put on a class on how to register a home built SBR or SBS. I have a AR pistol that I would like to register as a SBR after July 1st.

I haven't called yet since I can't file the paperwork yet, but a couple trophy places in Des Moines advertise laser engraving on various items as well.

Laser engraving can be incredibly shallow and ATF has regs. on depth that preclude some of the weaker lasers/trophy shops. Would make sure you do your homework first.
