So, with the governor's signature pending. I believe the Omnibus Gun Bill will take effect 1 July. Given the 8 plus month wait time for a form 1 can I submit now?

That is a good question. They are into July already for approving stamps. They will be pounding them out in no stime soon.

Very good question and I wouldn't mind knowing as well. It would be an easy way to get into class 3.and it might be processed by December at the rate they're going.

I am thinking about doing this early as well. Worst case they get to your form 1 before July and they deny it. Then you get your money back and start over. Also for anyone thinking of doing a form 1 Silencer Shop will soon allow us to use their kiosk for Form 1s.

I know of a couple people who dropped their form 1's about a month ago.

I talked to my boss at the range he has spoken to ATF NFA branch and any form 1 submitted prior to July 1st will be kicked back/denied if we can be any help on form 1s let me know

I am assuming anything postmarked before 7/1 will be rejected. Just like a pre 41p submission.

I submitted a couple of them, they received them on 04/13/17 at 06:30 at 12:30 they called to tell me the would probably be disapproved because they were illegal to be possessed in Iowa.

Well, they charged my card. I hope they aren't going to hold my money just to deny the stamps because they were submitted before July.

OMG. Is it bad that I now want to SBR damn near every AR I own?
