My 9 month old Colt 6951 9mm carbine's barrel nut has come loose.  Colt will handle it but, they have a 60 day backlog.
Could some one, in central Iowa tighten my barrel nut? Cost?  Thanks.

I'm going to give Rhine Group a call.  I've dealt with them before, (bought an Armalite lower from them) and they are a good company.

If that was mine I would get an armorer's wrench and an upper clamp and handle it myself.

9mm is a blowback? So no gas tube to lock the barrel nut right? Still 30-60 ft-lb correct? Is it supposed to have some kind of threadlocker?

I assembled two of my own, I had the bench vise and torque wrench already.

30-80 lbs. on the nut.
