If that was mine I would get an armorer's wrench and an upper clamp and handle it myself.
9mm is a blowback? So no gas tube to lock the barrel nut right? Still 30-60 ft-lb correct? Is it supposed to have some kind of threadlocker? I assembled two of my own, I had the bench vise and torque wrench already. |

30-80 lbs. on the nut.
