Jig was the 5D Tactical router jig. Used a Dewalt DWP611 router. The lowers were Anderson 7075. I can't say enough about that jig. It's stupid easy to use.

I paid $250 for the jig and their custom end mill.  While it is a little spendy, It's stupid easy to use and I don't think I'll stop at just two lowers.
