So, i'm kind of new to the whole firearms as a hobby thing mainly because my dad wasn't into hunting or anything but after my first handgun purchase last year and first AR build this year i'm looking for ways to get more involved. I recently moved to the hills after growing up on the ND border and attending college at USD and it seems that our facilities in Rapid City are limited. I've also found zero evidence of shooting events occurring in the area. Are there any organizations pushing for expanded range facilities or expanding 3-Gun? Totally willing to donate some time to such a thing.

The lack of shooting options in the Hills is baffling to me. One of the main reasons I haven't moved out there yet.
