Renting a car is going to be your only option. If you stay in the hills, November can be pretty mild compared to the rest of the area. If you do sightsee, I recommend taking the Wildlife Loop in Custer State Park. No tourists to bother you.

Pine ridge just may be one of the shittiest places in America, you'll be fine driving through though. It's an alcoholic cesspool of failure and crime. |
