We are going to ND for a prairie dog hunt next week and I was wondering if anyone could sum up the non resident concealed carry laws?
We have Wisconsin permits so it looks like we are good to go but is there anything else we should know?

Thanks for any help!

Ok, I read all that but dont see where it clarifies if I as a permit holder can open carry after dark? and do I need a tribal permit to be on Reservation in ND?
It dont say if its for SD, ND or both.

Thanks

I believe Wisconsin's CCW permit has reciprocity in ND.... But why you'd need to carry in ND (aside from Fargo, Williston and the reservations, where white man doesn't belong anyways, stop going there) is beyond me. ;)

Also, open carry at night is illegal.
