Ya, that little place at the mall sure has grown! I spend alot of money there. They treat me ok. I can find cheaper stuff online but do buy there as I feel like supporting my local community is important.
But, if the asshole who I talked to about fuel bottles for my MSR stove is on here you should know that because of you I will never buy backpacking equipment from Scheels. |

I miss both the Empire Mall and the 41st and Minnesote stores. Good memories.
As far as the new plans, I will keep me thoughts to myself. |

Scheel's can kiss my ass. I'd rather have Sportsmen's Warehouse come back to town. I bought a lot of stuff there. But alas, I'm stuck with eating Buffalo Wild Wings in their old location.

I just wish they'd add more inventory instead of all this silly stuff like a ferris wheel for dissident.
Yeah there prices are high but I still buy some stuff there. If the difference is ridiculous I just order it online. |

Sorry Dissident, I wasn't even trolling that hard....
So is anyone aware of ANY sporting goods stores that are interested in our market?? Runnings in both Pierre and Huron actually have a decent selection of ammo and some gear. And Pierre has Red Owl, or, er, DakotaMart for you non-Pierre natives. I'm currently on Powder Valley's website looking at powder and primers. Primers are $4 cheaper per 1K than Squeeels. Anyone have the quick math of how many I need to order in (order) to save any $$ after the Hazmat fees? Or, is there a cheaper place to order from other than Powder Valley? |

For the amounts of powder and primers I currently use, its much cheaper to buy from Scheels or sometimes Garys. Per my other post in this board section I'd certainly go in on a group buy however for economy sake the participants would need to be close to SF.

Theres plans to do the same up in Grand Forks, They are moving into the grand cities mall on 32nd St in town. There's been rumor of adding an indoor range which would be the first of its kind up here...Still cant believe there isnt one already, at least to my knowledge...but alas, I wont hold my breath until the store confirms it.
