I have someone who wants to buy my MP15/22 from me on EE.

He lives down state and I live up near Houghton Lake.

Too far to travel.

So, he asked if I can mail it directly to him.

I think the answer is no and it must go through a FFL.

Help?

Yes, you can.

A pistol MAY be different, I'm not sure.  But a long gun is gtg.

You can technically, but I will never send a firearm to anyone unless it's through a FFL.

Just a rule for me personally.
