Like I said I'm just curious about this, always been interested in Clubs/"Gangs" and their history etc.

Was on I-94 near Ann Arbor the other day and saw a single guy on a Harley with leathers on. Top rocker said "Capital" (or something similar he was hauling) the middle logo was a Grim Reaper in Purple and Grey (As was the writing) and I couldn't read the bottom rocker., but there was one. He was a Black Male if that matters (I would assume that for the most part that 1% clubs are probably pretty segregated).

He was riding alone and was eastbound (heading towards Detroit) hauling ass. Didn't look like any logo or top rocker that I have seen before and Google turned up nada.

Any ideas? Just wondering.
