I just saw that on Fox 17.

Between this and the 2011 Christmas arson, they've had some bad luck.

They were burglarized, robbery is when an individual has their stuff taken by force in a face to face confrontation. Things like a stick up or carjacking are robberies. Burglary is when someone enters a building for unlawful purpose but doesn't necessarily encounter the owner.

Two stolen cars involved, 3-4 "individuals". Cable tied to gate & front door, yanked them right off. Smash & grab, gone in 2 minutes.

Cops got there in under 3 minutes, perps were already long gone.

Hope they get caught, hope they publish their names & addresses.............

Well, Gun City is no longer a licensed dealer, so they had to find another store to use that tactic.

Back when Gun City was getting hit like that, and a few other stores in the area got hit with other smash and grab approaches, I was told that a few guns would be recovered in Nashville, but the majority would eventually be recovered (one at a time) in Chicago.

...but it's the lax laws on gun sales in other states, that are causing Chicago's gun violence problems.
