I forget if it was discussed here, but there's a group working on getting Gadsden Flag license plates in TN.

I preordered a year ago and nearly forgot about it, but they recently updated.  They need some more preorders before the cutoff date later this year.

Deadline order date is important.

Deadline is in June.  I don't know how close they are, but 1000 is not that hard of a target to hit.

Those are awesome! I want one. I'll put in my pre-order for 1 as soon as I get my car registered down there sometime in March after the move.

I'll have to find out how to transfer my Connecticut Pistol Permit to a TN permit.

My regular plates are $89. Specialty are $140 IIRC. Too much for me.

1000 is harder to sell than you think.  I remember when they were trying to get 1000 appalachian trail plates ordered.  I believe a large NE TN company foot the bill for the unsold plates.

I am in for one maybe two of these since its right down the road and a bad ace plate IMO.

I pre-ordered mine last June, it was $35.
Part of the money goes to help the Sycamore Shoals state historic area I think.
Come on guys we can do this, it will be a cool looking plate.

Less questioning.  More preordering!

It's $35.  It's practically free.

I preordered last year as well. Forgot about it until I received an email last week. IIRC there were only 150 preorders as of last week.

I believe they are going to start advertising. I know a bunch of people who would be interested in a plate but simply don't know about it. Tell your buddies. For those of you on social media, post something up with the link.

I received some business cards from the guy organizing this and have handed a bunch out. I'm planning to drop some off to a few local gun shops as well. 1000 SHOULD be easy in a state of 6 milllion people who dub themselves the Patron State of Shooting Stuff.

I'm not affiliated in any way, I just want this plate on the back of my truck.

Just bumping this.

I just got an email saying they're over 225 orders.

Nice plate!

If I didn't already have a TN NRA plate, I'd think about one of those.

Remember, that $35.00 is on top of your regular county plate/registration fees...

You have to pre-order using the website I linked above. 1000 have to be preordered by the end of June before the state will make them. You'll get your money back if the plates don't make it to production.

I've only got one vehicle without specialty tags...  might as well help the cause. In.
