Ok, TN deer season is over and it's time to start looking for new properties fo next year. I've actually been looking for a a couple of months and have had limited success in finding anything, much less anything close to home. So let's try this, if anyone knows of a place for lease, a landowner willing to let someone thin his herd, or even a club opening, post it here. If the mods would allow it, links to CL adds or postings from hunting websites would be helpful. Maybe even sites in adjoining states?

Since Tennessee is a fairly large state, where are you looking for. I've got a buddy who leases land. I can put you into contact with him if you're in the right area.

I hate to hijack this thread. I am also looking for something like what the OP is looking for.

I am in Southeast TN. I havent been hunting in years but I want to start again.

Personally, I'm in Memphis and looking for something in west. But I know there are untold numbers throughout the state looking, so if you can help a fellow member, this is a place to do it.

I reached out to a number of West TN clubs last year asking about coyotes. I stopped hunting deer a few years ago and only hunt predators, thought it would be an interesting prospect to get in on a hunting lease JUST for coyotes at a reduced rate...... nope, they wanted the full price deer hunting rate.
