I'm waiting to hear back about the venue. Once I have all of that nailed down, I'll shoot it over to Dark Angel and they will add it to their site.

Once on the site, you will register for the class through their website and pay them.

We are getting there.

I'll spare y'all all the details but I've had a rough month or so. Hopefully everything is getting back to normal.

I haven't given up on this. I'll be signing the contract to secure the venue tomorrow and then Dark Angel will add our even to their site. Once they do that, we can start getting people signed up officially and get this thing going.

Last message I received from DA was just after Christmas and they were waiting until they got back in the office to get with me. I assume that they were shut down for the holidays and expect to hear something this week.

They probably were at the SHOT show last week in Las Vegas too.

I am sure they will get something posted soon.

Talked to USMC_LB today and he wants to be sure his name is on the list.

It is going to be a fun and informative class!

I'm starting to lose faith. I have been trying to email the same people that were answering quickly and even tried calling. I haven't heard anything from them in a month. I've become quite aggravated.

I know how you feel.

Despite their great reputation for quality instruction and curriculum, I am not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling.

Let's hope they are just crazy busy from back orders and such after being at the SHOT show in Vegas the week before last (assuming that they went to SHOT show) and not being flaky or having other problems.

If you don't get a solid response in the next few days and nothing gets added to their site, there are other reputable companies that do trauma med classes that would be only too happy to make several thousand dollars teaching a bunch of dudes how to properly apply a tourniquet
and stuff a bloody gash full of cotton!

Or we can just piss on the campfire and call in the dogs.

At this point I see nothing on my schedule to interfere with the October date.

I was getting concerned when you were having trouble tying down a date.

Just talked to Kerry again. For the record, Kerry is the CEO of Dark Angel. We are locked in for the October dates. He is finalizing some stuff with me but the way it looks, our dates should be on their new website sometime this week. I'll keep y'all posted.
