Scary stuff.
I can just imagine what the Germantown Police bomb squad technician looks like. He will be wearing a state of the art kevlar EOD bomb suit with boat shoes and no socks! |

I'm curious to see what they're calling IED's. By definition, an IED could be anything. If they're taking roadside hits, that's one thing. I don't see that though. I could easily be wrong.......but we'll see. Standing by for more/better information than local news....

They immediately called in the county bomb squad, Bright said. It was later determined that two pieces of PVC pipe were found under the seat, another official said. While no fuses were found on the pipes, one of the potential bombs was partially assembled, officials said. The devices contained dynamite, it was later discovered. |

Why would they put dynamite in pvc? There's definitely gonna be more to it.

Apparently the owner of the van had called in a suicide threat or some other ass-hattery.
