Wow, scary stuff. http://www.wmctv.com/story/19210336/shelby-county-bomb-squad-respond-to-suspicious-package-call-in-germantown Police found two improvised explosive devices in a van at Farmington Glen condominiums after receiving call from the owner of the van around 7:15 p.m., Monday night. That person was apparently in process of cleaning van, when the devices were discovered.

By definition, an IED could be anything. If they're taking roadside hits, that's one thing. I don't see that though. I could easily be wrong.......but we'll see. Standing by for more/better information than local news....

It was later determined that two pieces of PVC pipe were found under the seat, another official said. While no fuses were found on the pipes, one of the potential bombs was partially assembled, officials said. The devices contained dynamite, it was later discovered.
