grrr man, I dont know him in RL... but that is definitely NOT a cool situation. I hope everything turns out well for you. We just had some historic flooding in parts of TN... hopefully he wasnt in one of the affected areas, though it would explain his dissapearence if he was...

He was able to log on 3 days after he said he was shipping, so Im not sure what is going on Hoping that someone knows him and can verify where we stand |

I sent funds via paypal
I understand that there was flooding of epic porportions I was able to get in touch with someone who knew him and was nice enough to call him for me. He replied to my emails a week ago (he had recieved my emails but choose not to reply for some reason) He offered refund or to ship once he found the mags I choose refund He didnt respond to me again until Thursday at which time he said he was waiting on funds to transfer into his paypal account and I should see a payment soon I have not heard from him since I would have absoutely no problems with everything if he would just stay in contact, but to just ignore communications chaps me. And as of this post I have not recieved a refund from Tachyon for the $125 he has had for over a month. |

Just remember that PayPal only gives you 45 days from the day of payment to file a claim, should it come to that. As somebody that makes a living selling things, I hope you are able to work it out without filing a claim, but if he's not willing to communicate, he won't leave you with much choice. I don't wish anything bad to happen to anyone (except slimy libs), but I hope there are some kind of extenuating circumstances and the guy isn't just a douche.

Cant file a claim with paypal (already tried) because it was done as a personal transfer to skirt the fees

6 1/2 weeks after I paid and 2 weeks after promising a full refund right away, I recieved a paypal payment from Tachyon for the full amount
No explaniation, no apology, no thank you for the interest free loan At this point I am no longer out anything, though I caution buyers to beware. For those that offered to help and those that did help, thank you. I am sorry it came to this |
