In need of the NRA basic firearms safety certificate and looking for someone who offers that class in happy valley. Seems that all the gun shops offer shooting based courses (NRA handgun, rifle, etc.), but I haven't found one that offers the simple basic safety course for the NRA certificate. NRA website returned no results when searched by state and zip code. Anyone here know someone who offers the course?

One other consideration is that I am deaf. I would either need to complete the course material in written form or use an interpreter for the class - I am open to either method.
