Have a good series of plans for flash floods, and check the weather service for patterns and trends before going on dodgy roads in flash flood areas.

Death toll is up to 12 in Hildale and 3 in Zion NP, with 5 missing between the two locations. 24 hrs in it is probably safe to say the missing are dead too. 20 people in one storm.

Mother nature is not something to take for granted.
