Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Places to shoot near Moab

I'm going to be in Moab next week and I am wondering if anyone can point me to a good spot in the desert to go and shoot.

We usually just drive around until we find a good spot but I thought maybe I could grab some ideas and save myself some wandering this time.

There's some decent areas out by Ken's Lake between La Sal Loop Road and Hwy 191.

It can be awfully muddy out there with the recent moisture though.
