Hey guys and gals,

My company is possibly looking to expand and open a small DC in Salt Lake to service the west coast and wondered if anyone here was or knows of a Realtor for commercial space? I did some online searching , but would rather use our network of people here on ARF first if possible before reaching out to others.

We are also looking in the Reno and Fresno area.

Just to clarify, you're not at all interested in renting space in an existing DC, is that right?

I can put you in touch with the Development Office of West Jordan.  We have quite a bit of open, commercially zoned space on the west side.  Quick access to highways and not far from the airport.
