I think we are all to spread out. SLC would seem to be the most central for most. Problem is most people I know up North here don't want to go to the city. If you all come up North I would be down. We could rent the Morgan Range and have it to ourselves.

It's been my experience that asking for advice on planning dinners (or shoots) is a bad idea. You can't please everyone.
If you want to plan an event, choose a date, time, and location that works for YOU, and see who decides to make it. This is how the guys at UtahConcealedCarry.com do it, and it works well. I planned one at Sweet Tomatoes in Sandy, and ~75 people showed up. If somebody wants to come, but says "It's too far" or "I can't do that day/time" then that person should plan their own event in their part of the State. |

Every event I've done has been "where and when do people want to meet." Then I say "screw it" and decide myself picking a date about 4 weeks out so people can make plans. Also, renew your team membership. It soothes my primitive ego to see a quote used. |
