Ya'll can GTFO, born and raised and I like the fact the scarey mo's keep the riff raff out. Besides, them masons are the real trouble makers around these parts... But we do it much for subtly. Oh sorry, don't do subtle. Maybe I should gauge my ears, get some offensive saying/sign tattooed on my neck, purchase some t-shirts with anti-social slogans and clean up my language.... |

Can they not plan ahead? Keep some of the things they like at the house? Maybe they only eat things that they can buy at 24/7 fast food chains or convenience stores too? I'd love to see the state out the alcohol business, but it has nothing to do with availability. When I did drink I didn't keep a ready supply of beer or liquor on hand. I had leftovers from time to time but not all of us keep a liquor cabinet stocked at all times. That said, I don't expect to go out and buy liquor at 2:30 AM. Originally Posted By sdrake100:

If people have religious convictions that stop encourage them to not use particular products what right is it to make it more difficult or illegal for others to use them? Actually, I'm pretty happy I don't ever have moments where my judgment is impaired by putting things in my body that might be detrimental to myself and others. More money to spend on more important things. California has awful socialist laws and taxes. It's due to the majority of left-wing politicians and left-leaning citizens. Gun owners have it bad over there. It's still their choice to live there. They knew it when they moved over there for a job. If someone has a problem with a state, leave. Obviously, if you don't want to leave it's not more important to you than your livelihood. Just complain and whine on a forum. Very effective. |

Please do tell me what is wrong with me wanting to buy alcohol on impluse? I'd love to know this. On a nice sunny day I get crazy impulses to pick up some steaks to grill. Do I need to seek out help for this too? And if you think God cares about everything you put in your body, well you might want to try banning all the fast food places that are on every corner in Utah. A glass of red wine is a hellaofva lot better for ya than a supersize soda by the way. Furthermore, I can't leave because I had a vision from Jesus and he wants me to spread the good word about alcohol and coffee to my Utah brothers and sisters. |
