I've got a couple questions about NFA trusts, and was hoping someone here could help me.

Do my trustees need to sign in front of a notary, or is it just me?
Can I name trustees that are out of state?  I have no family, other than my wife and minor children, here in Oregon.  I sure as hell wouldnt trust her family with my firearms.

Anyone work with a local Oregon lawyer on a NFA trust that they trust?

I've had some help in the past from a forum member that was helpful with the documents, but I dont trust myself to do it correctly.  I'm a network engineer, not a lawyer and dont understand legal speak.

I am not sure about the out of state trustees, but on my trust (a SilencerCo easytrust) we trustees did have to all sign in front of a notary.  Mine is simple, just my wife and children, and the easytrust process was pretty simple to set up.
