Jeeze. I wonder if they'll be making calls to anyone who filled out a 4473 there since 2013. I only ever bought an AK grip and a couple thousand rounds of .22 when they were liquidating everything a month or so back, all cash sales.

What am i Missing, Placing firearm in the store as consignment item, then doing the deal outside of the store sounds unethical, but not technically illegal?

True enough, but I think the issue was he was doing the F2F around the background check which is what first ATF flag. Also appears he had rented a space out for his guns to be sold and then do the F2F outside. who knows. But the other thing is the sub machine gun. Not that I would trust the ATF not to fudge shit. |

I'm guessing there's a shit ton of information regarding this whole thing that's not in that article.
I have no idea if it's related at all to the events discussed in the article, but I've seen Gypsy Jokers at that emblem shop owned by Nordstrom more than once. Maybe he does their patches for them, I dunno. |
