Those planning to participate should bring a pair of glove. Everything else will be supplied. Businesses from the area have donated door prizes."
When I first moved here and didnt know anyone with land this was the only place I could find to shoot more than a hundred yards- and it was a dump. Its very difficult to find a good spot to shoot around here and we need to keep public land like this open to shooting so that new shooters, old shooters, and everyone in between can find a place to fall in love with the shooting sports and practice, practice practice! There are many of us that for one reason or another cant or wont go to a range or private land, and we need everyone's help that we can muster to show they are willing to take the responsibility to clean up after the idiots who leave their garbage lying about. We need to do everything we can to keep our sport alive and popular in this ever encroaching political climate we have today. Put your money and time where your mouth is and show that we are safe, responsible, and caring gun owners.
Ill be there from about 10:00am on, I have work Sat morning.
See you there.
