Any recommendations on a safe retailer in the Portland-Eugene area. Trying to finance something I need to raise my credit.

Just get a credit card if you don't have one. Several offer 0% for a year. But the safe and pay it off in the allotted time.
Eta. Or get a cabelas card. |
