Nosler once do it with no fee. Now about ~ $20, IIRC.

Just FYI - I heard back from Nosler, they are no longer doing transfers.

He was the best FFL I've ever had.

Bend Pawn on Hwy 97 has worked well for me. I've purchased two RRA AR's from Lost Creek Armory in the past and was always happy with them. Back when lower receivers were scarce as hens teeth I stopped in there to see about have a Mega lower sent to them. The guys behind the counter quoted me something like $60/70 for a transfer... I haven't stepped foot in their store since.
