THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I wondering if any of you know a gunsmith that can lighten up the trigger on my Springfield loaded 1911 Bi-Tone? I swear the current trigger feels like its at least 7 pounds or more. Hopefully they are located within the Eugene Springfield area.

John Semm at Shooter's Service Center (in North Portland near the St. John's Bridge) has done work on many of my firearms. Quality work takes a while longer than some garage hacker, but the quality of his work makes the wait worthwhile. I have had him work on competition, duty, and just casual firearms of mine. None ever had to go back to have him re-do, fix, or have a second go at them...he got every one of then right the first time. I don't know anyone in Eugene...sorry.
