do a bunch of cardio, running, burpees, wind-sprints. then shoot 100 yards off-hand. different ballgame.

If I lived west of Atlanta I would hit Talladega Marksmanship Park (CMP Range) way more often than I do.

CMP range is probably your best bet.

When that happened to me, I switched to shotguns. Flying targets are a lot of fun!

At Angry Emu we have targets at 200 yrds from our benches and can on occasion shoot to 300 yrds. We are east of Atlanta out I-20 near Madison GA. If interested let me know, I'm 15 min from range.

I'm relatively new to the area - and have a home near Capps Ferry & rt166 South of Douglasville - I haven't visted any outdoor ranges but would like to check some out when the weather isn't so hot
