I know some of you guys have vacation rentals, and this is late notice to try to find a place, but...

The wife and I celebrate our 10th anniversary that week, and we suddenly decided it'd be nice to have a real vacation. At a vacation spot.

We're along the coast. Any coast, really, within about 8 hrs. The wife wants ocean, so anything pretty close, like anywhere on a barrier island, or within a few minutes of a decent beach.

If anyone has a place with vacancy that week, that will hold 2 adults and 2 kids, please let me know. There's availability most places we've looked, but I already work two full time jobs, and most of the peak season stuff would require that I find a 3rd.

One thing to keep in mind is that its off season south of Tampa. Look in the Fort Myers / Sarasota / Naples area. A little more driving but might be justified.

Goodness. Those are all higher than we can afford.

It may simply turn out that we waited too long, in peak season, and can't do anything.

We found a few okay AirBNB places in the $600/week range, but I think we're trying to decide if that's the way we want to go, or just stay home.
